Paris France: Baloch Leader Munir Mengal Pakistan Army, Mi and ISI manipulates elections 2018

Paris (France), Jul 24 : In a video released by the president of Baloch Voice Association (an NGO based in Paris, France), Munir Mengal, said, “This has been a usual norm in Pakistan that elections were tailored, engineered, rigged and manipulated by the Pakistan Army through its organisations like Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) and Military Intelligence (MI). Unfortunately, ISI and MI are using other state institutions like judiciary and NAB and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to manipulate the elections in Pakistan. This is the first election in Pakistan where the real face of the army and ISI has been exposed openly and the people in Punjab are raising their concerns against Pakistan Army and ISI for manipulating these elections”.
